With two decades of experience in insurance, Nirmal has a proven track record in scaling up businesses. He is leading Odin’s transformation with a strong focus on delivering value to clients through hiring the right talent, building processes, and embedding technology.
Nirmal holds a Masters degree in Management Studies and is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. He is a sports enthusiast and plays cricket and lawn tennis regularly. An avid traveller, he loves discovering new places and cultures, with his wife and son.
Kalpesh Shah is a serial entrepreneur with business interests in financial services and real estate.
Kalpesh holds a post graduate diploma in Business Management from Auckland University. He is a Law (LL.B.) and Physics graduate from Mumbai University.
A member of the 5-am-club, Kalpesh is a fitness enthusiast and loves to travel with his wife and daughter.
Having spent two decades in the insurance industry, with stints across insurance companies and broking houses, Ravi has been an integral part of Odin’s Underwriting and Placements team for over six years.
Ravi holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Diploma in Computer Applications. Ravi is married with two children.
Having spent 20+ years in insurance broking, Puneet is known for his client-centric, people-first, and bottomline-driven approach. He is ideally placed to help our clients achieve their business goals by delivering the best possible risk management programs.
Puneet is a commerce graduate and holds an International MBA. He is a big buff of Bollywood movies and songs, and follows cricket passionately. He loves travelling with his wife and daughters.
Experienced in leading the Employee Benefits practice, Deepak’s expertise includes insurance management analytics as well as processes to drive cost optimisation and efficiency. His experience in setting up new branch operations also adds immense value to our Bengaluru branch.
Deepak holds a master’s degree in Computer Science. He is a polyglot with fluency in 5 languages.His interests including listening to music and travelling.
